- 175 ggnocchi
- 1 Tbspsalted butter
- 3 largesage leaves(whole, torn)
- Salt(to taste)
- 10 gPecorino (Or Parm)(Enough to cover)
Instructions
- 1Place gnocchi on at a time into a pot of already boiling water, stirring after to prevent sticking to bottom.
- 2When all float (about 2 minutes), drain as dry as possible.
- 3Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- 4Add drained gnocchi, fry until golden and crispy.
- 5Add sage leaves, frying until crispy.
- 6Add more butter if needed.
- 7Taste and adjust seasoning with salt.
- 8Serve topped with grated Pecorino or parm and crispy sage leaves.
