🍚Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

- 300 gleftover rice
- 1 handfulwell fermented kimchi(at least 6 months, cut in small pieces)
- kimchi juice(reduced)
- neutral oil
- 1 Tbspgochujang
- 1 tspmsg
- 1 Tbspsoy sauce
- 1 Tbspsesame oil
- 3green onions(green part only, chopped finely)
- 3 clovesgarlic(minced)
- 1 tspsesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Cut the kimchi in bite size pieces
- 2Squeeze the juice out of the kimchi
- 3Reduce the kimchi juice down to a syrup like consistency
- 4Chop the garlic and green onion
- 5Heat up a wok on high heat, it's very important the rice won't stick to the pan
- 6Add the neutral oil of choice
- 7Fry the kimchi pieces for 1 minute
- 8Add rice and stir fry until all the rice is separated
- 9Add garlic
- 10Add kimchi juice, gochujang, soy sauce, msg and incorporate
- 11Just before serving add sesame oil and half of the green onion
- 12Plate your kimchi fried rice with sesame seeds, other half of green onion, fried egg and chili oil, roasted seaweed strips
