🍖Honey Spice Ham
by Ben Silver (@Ben Silver)
I buy a center cut of ham, it's about 2 inches thick at least. I have only ever seen them available at Sobeys. They are not always available, so when they are I buy 2 and freeze 1 ½, (for our family I cook ½ of the whole ham, I just cut it in half and freeze the other 1/2).
