🍕Balsamic Goat Cheese Pizza
by Ben (@Ben Silver)
The silver family’s favourite pizza by far. A surprisingly great pizza considering there is no sauce.

- 4Add brown sugar and continue to cook and stir for about 5 minutes or until browning but not burnt.

Pizza assembly & cooking
- 1Roll out dough, ideally flatbread style.
- 2Add all the ingredients in whatever order you desire. (The original recipe also calls for fontina and parm, but I keep it simple with just goat cheese.)
- 3Cook until done (pizzas vary wildly at this point depending on the dough, thickness, what oven you are using, if you have a pre-heated stone, etc, so just look at your dough recipe for instructions, or just google your specific situation.)
- 4Drizzle with balsamic, cut, and serve warm.
