- 100 goat flour(blended oats)
- 100 galmond flour
- 2scoop protein powder
- 1 pinchsalt

- 5 Tbspnatural peanut butter
- 1 tsppure vanilla extract
- 3 Tbspmaple syrup
- 3 Tbspmilk

- 80 g85% chocolate
- 2 tspcoconut oil
Instructions
Dry Ingredients
- 1In a large bowl mix the oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, and salt together.
Topping
- 1Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil on a double boiler or in the microwave.
- 2Pour the chocolate evenly onto the set dough. Chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Assembly
- 1Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix well until it forms a dough.
- 2Line a bread baking tin with parchment paper.
- 3Add the dough and press it down as much as possible (you can use your hands or the back of a metal spoon).
- 4Leave it in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
Finishing
- 1Once the chocolate has set, remove the protein bar gently, sprinkle with some sea salt, and cut into equal slices.
- 2Store in an air-tight container.
