  • Pickle juice
  • 2 lbchicken
  • 0.75 cupsalted butter
  • 6 clovesgarlic minced
  • 2 tbspGochugaru pepper flakes powder
  • 3 tspchili flakes
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • salt/pepper/MSG
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 1-2 cups flour
  • 4eggs beaten
  • 2 cupspanko

Instructions

  1. 1Cut chicken into tenders & soak in pickle juice for 30-60min
  2. 2Melt butter in small sauce pot & add garlic while melting
  3. 3Add Gochugaru, chili flakes, sesame oil, salt/pepper, & honey
  4. 4Heat through, then set aside
  5. 5Prep dredging & heat oil, then pat chicken dry
  6. 6Dredge in flour, then egg, then panko, patting the panko on
  7. 7Fry as you coat to speed things up
  8. 8Leave/chicken to drip oil on wire rack
  9. 9Toss all chicken in a bowl with the sauce
  10. 10Serve as a chicken sandwich, or over a salad
