- 200 grolled oats
- 4eggs
- 2bananas
- 200 mlalmond milk
- 4scoops whey protein(vanilla flavour)
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 10 gsliced almonds
Butter

- 20 galmond butter
- 60 mlsugar free maple syrup
- 1 tspicing sugar
- 20 gground almonds
Instructions
Base
- 1In a blender or nutri-bullet add oats, protein, eggs, almond milk, baking powder and banana. (I also added just one tablespoon of the canned apples) Blend until smooth.
- 2Sprinkle almonds on top. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
Butter
- 1Add the sugar free maple syrup, almond butter and ground almonds into a bowl and mix. Once mix has baked take it out the oven and swirl through the butter/syrup on top.
Bake
- 1Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
