- 1.5 cup0% fat cottage cheese
- 4eggs
- 2.5 cupflour
- 1 tspbaking soda
- 1 cupshredded cheese
- 1 cupbreakfast sausage(cooked)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2In a bowl mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking soda, sausage (cooked & cooled) and cheese. Mix well.
- 3Scoop 8-10 biscuits onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle a little cheese overtop before baking (optional).
- 4Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are slightly browned.
- 5Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat before eating.
