- 0.75 cupsoats
- 1 cupmilk
- 3 Tbsponion(very finely minced)
- 1.5 tspsalt
- 2.5 tspground black pepper

- 1 cupketchup
- 2 Tbspsugar
- 3 Tbspvinegar
- 2 TbspWorcestershire sauce
- 5 Tbsponion
- 1dash Tabasco
Instructions
Meatballs
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2Combine all meatball ingredients. Roll into medium-small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- 3Place sheet in freezer for five minutes.
Coating & Prepping Meatballs
- 1remove meatballs from freezer and immediately dredge in unseasoned flour.
- 2Brown meatballs in canola oil until just brown. Place into a baking dish.
Cooking & Sauce
- 1Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 2Serve with egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or crusty French bread, as well as some roasted veggies.
